This policy covers the Dezier Air ductwork quote tool and our communications about your project, including optional text messages.

We collect your name, company, email, phone number, job and delivery addresses, project details and notes, uploaded drawings, and answers to feedback and continued-access forms.

We also collect technical data, including IP address, device identifier and browser information, for security and abuse prevention. We record your legal agreement and SMS consent choices, the text and version shown, and the time of your submission.

We use your information to prepare estimates and firm quotes, contact you about your project, verify email addresses, prevent abuse and improve our estimating. We send SMS messages only with your consent.

Your drawings are used to prepare your estimate and quote. We may share them with our fabrication and installation partners solely to price and perform the work.

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our site and business, such as hosting, email, messaging and payment providers; with fabrication and installation partners for your project; or when required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
